Hemp Chocolate Protein Shake!

 

It is a complete meal in itself. Anybody doing a Keto diet or looking for a complete protein dense meal, then this is it!

We Need :-

  •  100 gm Dark Chocolate
  •  1 cup Hemp Milk / 3 tablespoon of Ananta Hemp Hearts
  •  2 to 3 Dates
  •  1 tablespoon Ananta Hempseed powder
  •  1.5 frozen Banana
  •  3 tablespoon Chia seeds
  •  5 soaked and Peeled Almonds
  •  1 tablespoon roasted Oats Flour
  •  1 tablespoon Almond Butter or Peanut Butter
  •   Ice is optional!


Mix it all together and bon appetite!
