Granola Gold - Hemp hearts, classic berry seeds & nuts

Ananta Hemp Works in collaboration with Granola Gold (Purna Bhasin) brings to you this special granola recipe with the goodness of Hemp.

Ingredients

• Rolled oats 3 cups
• 2tbsp olive oil
• 1/4 cup honey
• 2 tbsp brown sugar/jaggery
• 1 cup mixed nuts (Almonds walnuts pistachio)
• 1/4 cup seeds (Pumpkin sunflower)
• 1 tsp vanilla essence
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 1 pinch of sea salt
• 1/4 cup mixed berries
• 3 tbsp ANANTA HEMP HEARTS

Method

Mix all ingredients with the rolled oats (except the berries and the hemp hearts)

Bake for 45 min at 180 degrees constantly stirring the granola till golden brown and toasted. (Do not over bake)

Once the granola cools down add the berries and hemp hearts.
