We Need :-
- 100 gm Dark Chocolate
- 1 cup Hemp Milk / 3 tablespoon of Ananta Hemp Hearts
- 2 to 3 Dates
- 1 tablespoon Ananta Hempseed powder
- 1.5 frozen Banana
- 3 tablespoon Chia seeds
- 5 soaked and Peeled Almonds
- 1 tablespoon roasted Oats Flour
- 1 tablespoon Almond Butter or Peanut Butter
- Ice is optional!
Mix it all together and bon appetite!
