Hemp Health Bars!

 

We need

- 150 gm coconut shreds
- 250 gm de-seeded dates
- 200 gm Ananta hemp hearts
- 100 gm chia seeds
- 2 tablespoon almond butter

Grind them all together and spread flat on a tray with one inch thickness.

Let it set at room temperature and cut in desired shape, ideally square or rectangular.

These are great meal replacement bars and even pre-gym snacks for the energy.

You can also add dark chocolate to this or cocoa.
Another option will be to coat them with chocolate or yogurt.
