Mix Seed and Nut Butter

Peanut butter, almond butter, cashew butter and what not. We all have tried them in several recipes and sometimes just spoonful.

But have we tried the mix nut and seed butter ? It is as rich and eclectic as it sound.

Having nutrition of everything in a spoonful for everyday diet.

What you'll need:-
- 50 gm roasted almonds
- 50 gm roasted peanuts
- 50 gm roasted cashews
- 50 gm roasted hazelnut
- 60 gm chia seeds
- 50 gm roasted sunflower seeds
- 50 gm roasted pumpkin seeds
- 100 gm Ananta hemp hearts
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil
- 20 gm roasted flax seeds
- 200 gm coconut sugar
- 1 teaspoon pink Himalayan salt

Take roasted almonds, peanuts, cashews, hazelnuts, Coconut Oil and grind them to form a paste.

Gradually add sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds, pink Himalayan salt, flax seeds and coconut sugar.

Once coarsely grinding is done to desired consistency (you like it a bit chunky or smooth) add chia seeds and hemp hearts.

Chia seeds and hemp hearts give a crispy texture to smooth butter and compliment the otherwise chunky butter as well.

Cocoa powder can also be added to give it a more chocolatey flavor and coconut sugar can also be replaced with other sweet options like maple syrup, brown sugar, etc.

Try it this winter season and share the images and experience with us! Save this recipe for the weekend meal prep.
